Visiting Roanoke

From enjoying concerts at the Berglund Center, to exploring downtown boutiques and hiking the Appalachian Trail, Roanoke offers a diverse range of activities for all ages. The City has gained national recognition for its outdoor amenities, including an expanding greenway network, enhanced access to the Roanoke River, and proximity to the Blue Ridge Parkway. Roanoke is also home to Carvin’s Cove, the second largest municipal-owned park in the country, and proudly holds the Silver-Level Ride Center designation from the International Mountain Bicycling Association (IMBA), the only one on the East Coast.
