Tracts A & B are two city owned properties available within the Roanoke Centre for Industry and Technology.  Any available privately owned properties are perked and ready for development, zoned I-1 (Light Industrial), have access to utilities (power, water, sewer, natural gas, and broadband), and are located within the Enterprise Zone.  For more information, please contact the Department of Economic Development.

Tract 8, the largest available property in Roanoke Centre for Industry and Technology, is 82 acres and currently undergoing design plans for future development and grading.
